1) How can I make a return?
You can contact us via phone or WhatsApp on the following number: (01060552252), and then return the product or
products if there are no defects in them. You will pay only the shipping costs, which include round-trip delivery.
In terms of products manufactured specifically for the customer via the customization system, the customer is not allowed
to cancel or return the product except when there are irreparable defects or if the product does not conform to the agreed specifications.
2) Can I return a defective product?
In case of a defective product, we will send a technician to inspect the defect and try to repair it.
If the product is not repaired, we will return it, and you will receive a full refund without paying shipping costs.
3) Can I postpone receiving the product?
Receipt of the product can be postponed for a week for free, and if the period is longer, a daily product storage fee of 50 pounds will be paid.
